By registering for or using the mygm2u platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform.
01 Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mygm2u ("Platform"), an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. These Terms govern all aspects of platform use, including access to games, account management, financial transactions and participation in promotions.
Continued use of the mygm2u platform after any amendments to these Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to ensure they remain aware of the latest version.
02 Account Eligibility and Registration
Age limit: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by individuals who have not reached this age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and funds being forfeited.
To register a mygm2u account, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Register one account only — multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited.
- Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Own a mobile phone or device capable of accessing the internet.
mygm2u reserves the right to request users to submit identity verification documents, including a copy of their MyKad or passport, at any time. Failure to comply with an identity verification request may result in account access being suspended until the verification process is complete.
03 Deposits and Withdrawals
mygm2u supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
- Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
- Withdrawal timeframe: Typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
All financial transactions must be carried out using a payment method registered in the same user's name. mygm2u reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be made, to prevent misuse of the payment system.
04 Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by mygm2u are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and their wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus requires wagering 10 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Calculation example:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
- Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering required: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000
mygm2u reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it is proven that the user has abused a promotion, including opening multiple accounts, using assistance software, or placing opposing bets (hedging) to fulfil wagering requirements.
05 Game Rules
All games available on the mygm2u platform are operated by licensed software providers and use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent third party. This ensures every game outcome is fair and unbiased.
- The result of each game is final and cannot be reviewed on the grounds of user error.
- In the event of a technical disruption, affected bets will be returned to the user's account within a reasonable period.
- mygm2u reserves the right to void any bet or match if there is evidence of fraud, misconduct or manipulation.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing.
For sports betting, all results are based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body. mygm2u is not responsible for any schedule changes, postponements or cancellations of events that are outside our control.
06 User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Not use automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Not attempt to hack, damage or disrupt the operations of the mygm2u platform or its related servers.
- Not share an account with another individual or transfer account ownership.
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the user is domiciled.
- Gamble responsibly and seek help promptly if showing signs of problem gambling.

07 Account Suspension and Closure
mygm2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Proven breach of any term in this document.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- The user is found to be below the minimum age of 21.
- Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or game manipulation.
- Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. For self-exclusion requests, the platform will block account access for the period requested by the user.
08 Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, processing and use of users' personal data is governed by the mygm2u Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy page. By using this platform, users agree to the collection and use of their data as stated in that policy.

09 Liability Limits
